- MMMarcia The Dog Nanny Murray2 days ago1.0After 26 years as a customer. I finally had enough and found a provider of internet able to service my area. So this morning Bell was working, new provider due this morning to do installation . Then Bell says there is an issue with Fibe box, which can't be fixed till Wednesday. Oh what a surprise. Yesterday I got a call from Bell Customer relations offering me my internet for just $50.00 unlimited a month when they have been charging me $121.00 a month. Bell is underhanded, if they are so scared of competition reduced your rates. Over playing games, to affect customers.

They staid courteous and professional to all that entered the store. As a therapist I saw them as we say "working within their window of tolerance ". A term meaning working under stress and still handling juggling all the balls of the different customers coming into the stores. I wish them the best in their chosen paths. It was their demeanour that made me make the purchase. Well done!!! Hope you get a promotion for today you deserve some kind of recognition. Great team players. Rennet
- MCMike ChuNov 14, 20251.0As a customer who is already upset for having to go into the store to change his modem due to the Internet not working well and already spending over half an hour on the phone with their maintenance team, having to wait almost 30min for the 2 employees to be helping the same 2 people does not make matters better. I understand I don't give them any commission for being there to do a modem swap, but the amount of time to wait for something so simple is stupid. I ended up leaving, and will be looking for another bell store to help. I don't have an extra hr to spend standing around waiting for a simple issue to be dealt with.
