  It's not often I choose to upgrade my phone. So having someone like NAV explain the choices available to me and keeping me in a competitive plan with the new phone speaks volumes to his level of customer focus. He spent my money as though it was his. Thanks NAV.

  I typically use the bell in Bolton where I used to live but I'll always come back here to the Alliston location for the customer service! Talia and Nav were completely amazing and got me the best deal possible. I pre-ordered a Google Pixel 10 that needed to be transferred to their location as it was a higher GB in the Indigo Blue and within a couple days it was ready for pick up! Nalia kept me in the loop with updates the entire time and made sure I know exactly when it landed. She is so down to earth and so resourseful! Her customer service and kindness alone are enough to come in and see what Bell offers. I came in Saturday and got to meet Nav. He was so cool and seriously got me the best deals. I'm talking walking out only paying for a screen protector and having a monthly bill of only $63 with unlimited data and Canada-Wide. They both went above and beyond! I definitely recommend this location for all your mobile needs and more! They will make sure they get you the best deals!

  I don’t know if the customer service when you call is linked to this but oh my goodness this is the absolutely by far the worst customer services we have ever experienced in any of our lives COMBINED. Over 100 years. WORST EVER. ALL WE WANTED TO DO WAS MOVE A BELL NUMBER TO ANOTHER BELL ACCOUNT!!!!! And why is this SO DIFFICULT! We have spent multiple hours on the phone, during multiple occasions and they could not do this simple thing??? The second time we called I think we were speaking to Grace. She messed up so bad. She moved a different number that we did not want move onto the account (without our authorization) then proceeded to put us on hold (without telling us) then waited until bell CLOSED so the phone HUNG UP. WITHOUT TELLING IS THIS MASSIVE MISTAKE SHE MADE SHE HUNG UP. Now third time on the phone. We can’t remove this number from the account. We can’t remove the other number we did not want. Now the other phone number we didn’t want, his account got REMOVED BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE and he has to remake his account, add the other number, then cancel bell and move to a different provider. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Why is it so impossible to simple move a bell number, from a bell account, onto another bell account. How the hell were we left with one bell account and all numbers on it. NOBODY TOLD US, WE FOUND OUT OURSELVES. This is so utterly disappointing and now bell has lost 2 account. We will not be returning.
