  Summary: Bell has a decent price if you can take advantage of their promotions. However, you will pay for that with long and frequent support calls. So if you're cheap, try Bell, if you value your time over money, go somewhere else. Ultimately I feel like there is no good option for cell service. So we switched to bell less than a year ago, as the fibre option was significantly cheaper than Rogers who we'd been with 8 years. However, I'm starting to regret it as I spend way too much time on support calls with them. I'm writing this now as I sit on hold for over 30 minutes...the wait time was around 10 min but when I get through the call goes dead and I'm dropped. The reason I'm calling, because they have yet again added US roaming charges to my bill, even though I didn't go to the US. I visited family in Lancaster Ontario and every time I do Bell adds roaming charges to my account which takes 30min to get reversed! Unfortunately, that's not the only problem I'm dealing with. I just got a notice that there is a $50 data charge on my 13 year old son's phone we setup for his birthday the week before. The plan I setup that week was specifically a NO DATA plan. I was assured that there was no data and it would be a cheap call and text only plan. Now there is a $50 charge because I have to go into the account and turn off the data myself, something they won't do and didn't tell my I needed to do with a no data plan! The cherry on top, they can't do anything about this $50 charge as it will only appear on next month's bill and so I need to call back and go through this process again next month to get that addressed. Another waste of time. I wish I could charge them for the time I spend on hold trying to solve problems they've created.

  I went to Bell Mobility in Alliston on Friday the 10th of April for help with my Samsung phone. I met a Sales Representative named Alex, he explained everything to me in great detail, Alex showed great patients with me because I'm not a technical person. He has a great personality and Bell should be very grateful to have an employee like Alex. I would like to Thank Alex for helping me today and let him know that I appreciate him for the time he spent with me fixing my phone.

  I had a great experience at the Bell store in Alliston thanks to Alex. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Alex made the whole process easy and stress-free, answering all my questions and helping me find the best option for what I needed. It’s not often you come across customer service like this. Alex was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend asking for Alex if you visit the Bell store in Alliston.
