    I recently bought a new iPhone 16 Pro, and I had a great experience at the Bell store thanks to the manager, Fiona. She helped me in a very professional manner, took the time to understand my needs, and guided me through the best options. I also noticed she is always willing to help all customers in the store. Fiona is very kind, helpful, multitasking and provides excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

    I was doing last minute Christmas shopping (as most of us do) and had to make a last minute stop at Bell where I was taken care of by Fiona. She quickly helped me and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Positive, efficient, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

    I had the best experience at the Bell store in Ajax, and I can’t recommend this location enough! I walked in after a terrible experience at the Costco Wireless kiosk (in the same plaza), hoping to find better options—and the team at Bell absolutely delivered. Not only did they offer me the same phone I had been looking at, but they also saved me an additional $15 per month on my plan. That’s a huge savings, and I ended up returning my Costco phone the very next day. A special shoutout to Fiona, the manager at this location. She was incredible to deal with—smart, efficient, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best option. She also assisted with transferring all my data to the new phone, which was a huge relief and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a new phone or plan, this Bell store is absolutely the place to go. Exceptional service, great deals, and a team that truly cares about their customers. Highly recommended!

    I visited this Bell location today after being explicitly instructed by a Bell phone representative to come here for my business verification. The moment I informed the lady working there of the purpose of my visit, she became immediately offensive and dismissive. Without any attempt to listen or provide assistance, she abruptly declared that they “don’t do that.” When I clarified that Bell’s own support team told me any store could handle the verification, her tone escalated into outright hostility as she repeated, “I’m telling you now, we don’t do it.” The unprofessionalism, arrogance, and complete lack of customer courtesy were astonishing. To make matters worse, I was buzzed into the store, yet no one informed me that the exit door had a manual latch. I stood there pushing the door, waiting for someone to release it—despite being the only customer in the entire store. I eventually had to ask if they intended to let me out, only to be told that I should have somehow known the latch was manual. The level of indifference and lack of basic decency was unbelievable. This appears to be a privately operated Bell franchise, but that does not excuse such unrefined behavior, blatant disrespect, and a complete disregard for customer service standards. The lady’s conduct was not just rude—it was genuinely offensive and entirely unacceptable. Bell needs to thoroughly investigate this branch and address the conduct of its staff. This experience was a complete waste of time and a shocking example of how not to treat customers. I need someone to get back to me regarding this matter
