She gives the BEST service to her customers, I know this first hand. My son met her at the PTC location 3 phones ago.He broke his phone, and needed help with a new one. This is where he met Fiona, thankfully. Fiona arranged everything for his new phone, she reviewed his plan and got him the best deals for what he needed. Her advice and knowledge is so appreciated! Since then we have followed her to Ajax and make sure we visit when we are ready for our new phones.Fiona is so pleasant and patient and has earned our trust. She even picked my current phone, I dropped off my last phone and she had it all set up for me after work, even in its new case. We will continue to " stalk" this great Bell Associate, shes even on speed dial on my phone, just incase I have an issue. Thank you Fiona, we appreciate you so much!!

She helped me in a very professional manner, took the time to understand my needs, and guided me through the best options. I also noticed she is always willing to help all customers in the store. Fiona is very kind, helpful, multitasking and provides excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
