All the employees I've met have been so cool! Many times I forgot something or tried to reuse a box that's not up to code. I don't understand why people have to be so rude to the employees. They want to help you no matter what it is, just remember that my friends.

Cannot call them and ask what happened because you’re taken to automated voice messaging which will not allow you to speak with an operator unless you have a delivery order number, which on personal packages are impossible. Then when you go and ask how things consistently are not being delivered or get lost, they tell you there’s nothing they can do.. Avoid them at all costs
