All the employees I've met have been so cool! Many times I forgot something or tried to reuse a box that's not up to code. I don't understand why people have to be so rude to the employees. They want to help you no matter what it is, just remember that my friends.

Cannot call them and ask what happened because you’re taken to automated voice messaging which will not allow you to speak with an operator unless you have a delivery order number, which on personal packages are impossible. Then when you go and ask how things consistently are not being delivered or get lost, they tell you there’s nothing they can do.. Avoid them at all costs

If you want your packages tracked, scan them in instead of using the drop box. If your mail is late, its likely the people before it got to Yukon. If customers would do their research on shipping there would be far less 1 stars here. 🙄

Over the course of 2 months I had 12 packages all the same go out. I mailed out six at the Mustang Post office And it was consistently the same price. I come to Yukon and each time the price is different.. like completely different.. one time what i normally pay $1.47 for They tried to charge me almost $7. I was like hold up. Why are your prices so much higher than Mustang and all over the map?. I will not return to this location
