Both times I was in there I didn't have my glasses so I couldn't see the screens on the self-serve so they helped me at the counter. This is the UPS Store that I use most frequently. - SSSamanthaNov 8, 20251.0I went in to return an Amazon package and was standing at the counter waiting to be helped while one of the employees (a young woman with a slicked back bun with dark hair) was dumping trash cans. She looked over and asked if I had an Amazon return. I said yes, and she told me there was a kiosk behind me that I could use. As I started using the kiosk, another customer walked in right behind me and she immediately went to assist them instead. I couldn’t figure out what I needed to put my package in, so I asked if I should use one of the clear bags or keep it in the box it came in. Her response was, “Well, if you read the instructions and follow them you’ll know what to do.” That level of attitude and lack of professionalism was completely unnecessary. I ended up calling and speaking with Jess, the manager, to share what happened. If you’re looking for excellent customer service, this is definitely not the UPS Store I would recommend. I will not be returning.
