  I have used this store many times. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I went in today and had an issue with my Amazon return and Whitney was extremely kind and helpful. I felt embarrassed and stupid because I was a little confused and she walked me through everything and went above and beyond what she had to do to help me. Thank you so much Whitney I really appreciate you

  Gentleman CSR and brunette CSR were very helpful and expedient to get my supplies so I went out to pack the goods and when I returned they were busy. Third CSR was yapping about an absent coworker or some non-immediate issue while moving around the store oblivious to my presence waiting at the counter. I found it humorous to watch that type of behavior while the other CSRs were tending to business with appropriate behavior. When the male CSR was free he quickly got to my needs and after ringing me up I asked why the cost was 35% higher for the exact shipment to the same address I had shipped two days prior AND ALL OF A SUDDEN the rude CSR gets very involved and informs me “rates vary and that’s how it is!” I was asking a legitimate question with possible actual answers. The rude CSR reiterated what she said when I looked toward the helpful guy for an actual answer as there likely was a factor. The entire time I watched that lady in the store I was embarrassed and when she butted in to stop me from getting service I realized I wouldn’t be coming back to this location soon despite it being the closest to my house and the brunette CSR and male CSR being great. Inattentive and agitated while being the most senior in age on shift was surprising - not sure if that CSR is shift manager or owner. When I was leaving an old man was asking her where she put the box he bought and she was unaware and blunt with him and sort of like me he shrugged her weaponized incompetence off and said “I’ll just buy another box” clearly reading she was not intending to be helpful. Mind that all of this weird “customer service” took place in a few minutes - I would probably go crazy if I had to watch these types of customer service interactions all day. I was trying to close my day’s duties out and although I wanted to raise my concern for her poor service quality I didn’t want to end my day that way correcting an adult in her 30-40s about basic bedside manner with middle aged and senior customers. I also didn’t want to get the younger CSRs in hot water asking them to clarify things since she was already complaining in the lobby about someone. Apologize for the rant but there are good employees here and a miss. Location could be great.
