- GGGaryFeb 7, 20261.0Went in to use pack and ship. The staff said scales were down and they couldn't do this and would be several days. Also said they would just have to sell me the supplies myself to pack and then they would label and ship. Signage clearly says pack and ship so feels like false advertising. No complaints about the staff, they were very helpful, even recommended I go to UPS instead, lol! UPS was closed that's why I came to Staples. You are putting your staff in a terrible position. My recommendation is quit and work for someone who will reward your customer service skills.

They dont want to help you locate any items and they do not tend to the front registers. They just stand there and see a line forming and keep playing on their phones. The employees were extremely rude. Unless you were there to ship something with UPS they really acted like they didnt want you in the store.
