I spoke with Haley in the printing department in regards to making remembrance booklets for my Grandmother. She was by far the most caring, supportive, and professional employee. She got everything right on with my prints, and didnt once seem too busy for me, and gave me the details I was looking for. Its people like her that truly makes a difference in life. She caught me in one of my vulnerable moments and was so sweet and understanding.

They are supposed to be an Amazon return place. Been twice, both times after 30 minutes of waiting, still in line. They only have one poor person doing printing, packing & returns. Talked to one of the 14 people they had walking around, wondering if I needed help. I said "Yes", send someone to help the poor girl up front, who was obviously overwhelmed! They didn't.

I was there at 12:45 Pm on a Monday. No cashiers! I waited for several minutes then went to the UPS return line thinking they could check me out. She wouldn't. Back to the cashiers, waited again for several minutes. I mentioned the lack of service, no apologies or even any regrets. Wow! Terrible customer service taken to a new level. Total time to get checked out over 15 minutes.
