Talked to Matt just after the office office opened. The man was polite and helpful.

I always try to go first thing in the morning. The gentleman that works in the morning is always super nice and helpful. He always knows peoples names and answers to questions asked.
We got our whole family passports and it was a breeze. I would advise people to go online for passport services. You can reserve a time and they list everything you will need.
I mail my husband care packages since he is on deployment and the flat rate boxes are always my go to. Make sure if you are sending overseas to fill out the customs form. We never had a problem not filling out the form until this last time and my package got sent back. The post office has those custom forms on hand and the gentleman in the morning knows how to do it all.

I would rate 0 star if I could. Very VERY disappointed with the service and the people working here! They keep deliver my packages to the wrong address or NOT deliver it at all! I even paid extra to make sure my package got delivered on time, came to the office 3 TIMES after the website said AVAILABLE TO PICKUP (when it supposed to be delivered the day before!) to ask about it and they keep lying about the status of my package! I would NEVER recommend this awful place for anyone.

I almost never get my packages. They deliver them to the wrong address or they don’t deliver them at all. I’ve been waiting on a package for days after it says delivered. The mail box is locked so I know it wasn’t stolen! I’m tired of having to roll the dice when I buy something online because I know I might not get it. I wouldn’t recommend using this post office to anyone.
