I was told to call back in 2 hours when the driver would be back and then I’m told they still haven’t made it back and to call again in 2 hours! I’m furious. This is a gift. I asked can I get the route drivers number and told they don’t have it because she’s new. Be so for real right now. I paid extra to have the package delivered today… and now it might be tomorrow or who knows when. Worst service around and the person answering phones is ridiculous
