- NCNayeli CabralFeb 6, 20261.0I had a very rude encounter with the old man working at the post office. I walked in asking very nicely if my package arrived at the post office cause I received a message that my package was delivered, but nothing was in my mailbox or around my house, nor did I receive a yellow slip. He got really sassy and said “well if you would come check your mail” mind you nothing was in my mailbox. I never had an issue at the post office with my physical address being delivered to my P.O. Box, and I’ve had this box for over 10 years. Please fix the customer service attitude, or make sure you’re doing your job correctly and actually placing yellow slips in the mail so there’s no more confusion. I hate having to talk back, especially when it’s someone older than me.
