- JBJeana BrewerMar 10, 20261.0I was already having a terrible time with returning an item (had to go to multiple locations), but then the clerk at this location upcharged me on what was supposed to be a free return. I didn't have the item sealed, however this had never been a problem priorly as theyd use the label to seal it. I explained this he refused and showed me some $4 tape. When I was like that's ridiculous he showed me a $3 package. I bought the $3 package (he said I HAD to do the larger size for my 2 Itty bitty bikinis) only for him roll up the whole original package and put it in the new package rather than toss the old "unsealable" package (taking more air space as it bubbled up with an air pocket) and then TOLD ME HE WAS UPCHARGING ME. Then he wanted me to rate how well he did today... well you did great at unnecessary upcharging your customers, but are at terrible customer service.
