  They were a PITA trying to get a new refrigerator delivered. They were supposed to deliver it on Saturday and had “truck trouble” and didn’t call to tell us until well past the time they had said they would deliver it. Had to reschedule and they finally got it delivered. Their customer service is useless as well. I would never recommend them but had not choice since it was arranged by the company I bought it from. I shared my issues with the seller as well.

  My washer arrived to their location on time, but they rescheduled the delivery and installation to a week later. They did this via email the morning the item was to be delivered. Then when I asked why, I was just told "you aren't on their route". WHY AM I NOT ON THE ROUTE?! I was promised delivery today, I should be on the route! So now I've lost a PTO day for today and will burn another one for the actual delivery date next week. It's ridiculous and I certainly won't order from anyone who uses these people again.

  Ordered a new stove from Frigidaire/Electrolux on March 3. It was scheduled to be delivered by RXO tomorrow, March 18th. At 6:20 PM today, the 17th, I had not heard of a delivery window. I called and spoke to someone at the call center and they said that our order was not routed to the delivery truck and we would have to reschedule for the 21st at the earliest. I asked if there was another time as that day really doesn't work well for our schedule and was told that dispatch did not answer the phone but someone would call me directly to see if there is an earlier day/time available. After reading these reviews, I do not have much faith in that. My order has been on-site at the warehouse since 3/13/2026. There is no reason this should happen. Why even give the option to schedule a date if you can't stick to it?

  RXO cares nothing about the recipient of freight. They schedule delivery for what is easiest at the time for RXO. They sent a text on Sunday afternoon delivery would Monday 830-1230, the delivery notes clearly stated no one is available to receive before 1 pm. RXO refused to leave freight with no one there. Who knows when I will receive freight ?
