  Dropped bags off and got chargebacks for false reporting. Some of my chargerbacks said my bags were actually boxes... we don't have boxes in our warehouse to ship with.

  I was out of town. But My girl went in there holding our daughter. She walked in and asked if someone would be willing to come out and help her with the two heavy monitors to send back to her company. When she asks for help carrying them in he said “no he couldn’t do that” and there was two workers in the store working. Neither one was willing to help her. and made her carrying in two heavy monitors while holding our 1 month old daughter because she didn’t want to leave our kid in the car. So When we called to file a complaint we asked for the names of the two men working & he responded back saying “look bro I don’t know you & I’m not giving that information out.” So Who ever was working on march 29th between the hours of 12-2. Your customer service sucks & You lucky I was out of town working other wise I would have personally came in and handled you myself.

  I had an amazing experience! I wish I caught the name of the man working- but he went above and beyond for us. He was alone in the shop on a pretty busy evening and we had a printing order that needed to be done asap. He was so helpful with assisting us with the options and making sure it got done in the time frame we needed- while simultaneously doing several other tasks. Great customer service!
