Traci was by herself. The line was out the door. She maintained a calm composure. She was friendly. She was very helpful.

According to them, my apartment address doesn't exist. Told me to contact them to find out where my packages went. I did, and instead of them answering, an AI did, and they refused to put me on line with someone who actually worked there. I still have NO clue where my packages are, and why they're still on HOLD. I NEED MY COLLEGE TEXTBOOKS USPS!!!

Too pleasant of an experience it is almost unbelievable . I have never seen a usps person with such perfect work ethics- he even apologized for the few minute wait.. I didn’t get his name but a bald white male with grey beard… y'all better keep him till he says he is done period .

Teresa is wonderful! She helped me with an issue that the downtown Tulsa branch had dropped the ball on. She was very polite and knowledgeable and she fixed the error right away. Because of her I had the best experience I've ever had with the post office. I'll never use any branch again as long as Teresa is at the Utica Square USPS.

I give this post office three stars because there is a a really awesome lady there (I think her name is Teresa) and she’s always helpful and friendly. However. I was there yesterday not realizing it was Juneteenth and went home when I realized the bank was closed. Today, I came to this usps at 4:20pm and there is a handwritten sign “will close at 4:30 due to low staffing” I get in line and when the guy sees me he’s like “if you need help with packaging materials I’m not going to have time for you because I’m closing at 4:30.” I tell him I don’t need help with packing materials and continue waiting in line. Three other people line up behind me. When there is one person in front of me, he declares “I can’t help any more of you because It’s 4:30 and I’m locking the door” Never in my life have I waited in line at a cashier and then been turned away. Why didn’t he lock the door sooner? Why didn’t he tell me, the lady in front of me, or all the people behind me to leave before they waited in line? I’ve been at other usps locations where people were in line and they just locked us all in so no one else could get in but we could finish our purchases. I’m stunned. Shouldn’t they have been prepared staffing wise the day after a holiday?!
