Lied about attempting to deliver my package. I was by the door and the door ajar with a note on the door. No one came to my door at all. I recieved a message that no one was available for a signature. Filed a complaint with USPS. This is a 2nd incident .

I called to see where the closest “full service” post office was located. It wouldn't let me talk to an agent. So frustrating. The government must hire people that don't care. Why would they care? They get paid the same either way. Horrible service
