But the gentleman working there made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. He was tall, mixed I think with a shaved head, however he was incredibly helpful and kind from the moment I walked in. He guided me through everything quickly and clearly, and what I thought would be overwhelming turned out to be super simple. I really appreciate how patient and professional he was!! It made the whole passport experience a great one! Highly recommend going here!!
