I had a bit of a confusing situation to deal with this morning and Michelle was super sweet, patient, and helped me sort through the entire situation. If you go to this USPS and get Michelle know that you are in good hands ☺️💚💚

Very rude people at the front desk are not helpful at all. It doesn’t even want you to reuse boxes. It helps save the environment. I feel like I need to purchase new boxes. I’ll never go back there again.

Just a heads up to anyone picking up their package from this post office. This is mine. It's been ripped open and had the camera equipment I ordered opened from its box, put back in, and taped shut. It took a while for the guy at the front desk to hunt it down because it wasn't where it was supposed to be. "It was on the manager's desk." His words. Maybe it arrived at the post office that way, but I'll never know because they didn't make note of it. There was nothing on the package indicating it had been inspected. There was no mention to me of it. USPS employees are just opening our mail, rifling through it, taping it shut and handing it to us like nothing happened. I'm in the process of asking for an investigation into this. Regardless of where it happened along the way, this post office should have alerted me that my mail had been opened, whether it was them or not. Incredibly unprofessional, and I'm incredibly ticked off.

Post master Jamie is an argumentative, very rude and condescending person that wouldn’t listen to a word that was said even when I had proof from the state of Oklahoma right there in front of his face. If you ever have a problem I wouldn’t suggest asking this dude for any kind of help because you aren’t likely to get it. The other employee was great and did her job.
