He was sooo helpful, so friendly, and so efficient that I would send ANYONE to that particular store. He had an excellent sense of humor but it wasn’t obnoxious so he kept the professionalism that one needs to be in business.

Your crew continues to take zero ownership for the lost package and continues to tell me to call ups corporate. I have called ups corporate 3 times and each time I have been told the package never left the store and to contact the store. This is embarrassing for your store and UPS as a whole. I understand why all stores have pretty low scores now and will not be using UPS again in the future.
