  I wish it could be a 0. Between this and the Cambridge store. Delivered my package to the wrong city, was supposed to be a UPS store. Photo shows a picture of it on someone's doorstep. Taking zero responsibility. Lousy customer service from UPS

  Thursday evening two of the friendliest employees in the world were working. The man at the counter was so helpful quickly printing my label for my Amazon return. Then this other lady working was a total queen. She saw I had my baby with me and she offered to carry my super heavy box in from my car (with a smile!) It was the best customer service I have seen in a long time!

  I went into the Riverside UPS Store today and all three of the people working were so kind and helpful!! I love going into a place and everyone is nice, that doesn't always happen, but when it does I notice. Taylor helped me with a few things today and was great and so helpful and kind inspite of my list! Lol. Then both the other employees Aaliyah and Jenny have helped me before when I ran in late before and they were both great, I hurried because I felt bad, but they didn't complain at all. Lol. Today they all three were so sweet and helpful as usual!! Great job and thanks to all three of you!

  This UPS Store is very clean and inviting. The staff is friendly & willing to assist. Jenny gets ROCKSTAR status for she has been exceptionally helpful. Our package is lost & she has been working diligently to locate it. I recommend this UPS Store for all your UPS shipping needs.

  Absolutely awful employees that do not know how to do their job!!!! 0\10 would not recommend Edited to respond** You know what's funny is how you say you watched the video yet still have conviction that your employees know what they're doing!!! Since you want to be soooooo descriptive allow me to share my perspective. The first time I arrived I was assisted by a one person who told me that cricket had spelled my name wrong on the return invoice and therefore I had to leave to fix that. So I did, however when I came back there was a different person, who started the return process. Once we learned that my name was correct, we moved on to damage. HERE'S THE HILARIOUS PART............... When he asked me if there was damage I said no, YOUR employee that YOU insist was right, moved on from the question!!!!! 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 That's right he didn't even pick up my phone to see if there was damage. It actually wasn't until I showed him my screen that had INTERNAL damage and stated 'this is why I am returning it' did he say 'oH tHaTs DaMaGe' Even though I have been to 2 cricket stores, on the phone with both Motorola AND cricket and they both processed my claim. So I told him 'No...... ive spoken with both moto & cricket told them the problem and they still gave me a return number' Then he INSISTED that it was still considered damage & even proceeded to read OUT LOUD (which I'm sure you can hear on your video) that if there was visible EXTERNALLLLLLL DAMAGE (to which there was none) that they couldn't process it. Your employee made a mistake which caused me A LOT of stress you're not inhuman, yes, you will get cussed out for being ignorant!!!!!!! Y'all also had an opportunity to correct YOUR MISTAKE over the phone which you still didnt. Still choosing ignorance. It really is no worries though because you know what (here's the next HILARIOUS part) when I drive over to 71st and Yale UPS they helped me right away, processed my phone and was even nice enough to get it out that evening for me (considering what I had already been through with yall). So to whoever wrote this, you sound like a worse 'manager' (or whatever you are) than your employees are workers. It seems like you can't keep employees b\c you can't train them correctly enough to satisfy customers, not b\c of "people like me". I'm sure UPS corporate would love to know the "policies" and "practices" you are exampling. 🤣😂🤣😂 Anyways, have the day you deserve!!!!!!!!
