  The person who works at the store called the property management because I was parked in spots because I was delivering breads for oasis. She called Tulsa pd to have my truck and trailer towed but there are no signs saying what the parking spots are for or who.

  The Manger Debra at this location was avoiding the customers by telling everyone to use the scan and go, while she finish doing other things. And when i ask for help she pointed across the room to read the instructions. I called corporate UPS to file a complaint.

  I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently experienced. The level of assistance I received was far below expectations, and it caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. When I came in for assistance, your staff did not provide the help I needed to complete the return. This left me without resolution and caused unnecessary inconvenience. The lady did not help but told me to go to machine to process my return with no explanation of what I needed to do. This is the first time I have been to this location and I’ve never had an experience like this one. One of the reasons customers choose UPS for Amazon returns is the expectation of an easy and straightforward process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I expect UPS to address this issue, ensure staff are properly trained.
