    This store is an absolute nightmare. Even though Amazon directs you to return packages there they still refuse to take them. Then someone claiming to be “the owner” verbally assaulted me, threw my package in a bin and refused to return it. Amazon is aware of the issue and still gave me a refund thankfully. This store is consistently a problem do not use them.

    Very rude people. I brought an Amazon package to be returned, I never opened the box, and they told me it needed to be taped or I had to pay $1. I never opened the box, there was no tape on it when I got it! Anyways, they kept throwing some packing conditions at me but I later read the return instructions and it says sealed, not taped, big difference. I know it was only $1 but it wasn’t the money, it was their attitude.

    I purposefully left the Utica store for a much friendlier experience. Jalen was patient and friendly. He had a smile and was welcoming. It’s the little things that matter. The other places in Utica made me feel I wasn’t good enough for their location. Thank you Jalen! You made my day!

    Not sure how this place vets their hires but apparently bringing my Amazon return, to which I had no other option or I happily would have gone to kohls or Whole Foods, was an inconvenience to the young man behind the counter. His attitude seemed as if I were an issue and bothering his work day. He then proceeded to tell me how I could have made his job easier if I did it a certain way, which was not the way Amazon said to do it. I most definitely won’t be back to this location after the customer service, and pricing for a “free return”, I experienced.
