  Although this is the closest UPS store to me I would go across town before coming back. Workers were rude and and the environment felt hostile (witnessing one worker yell at the other in front of a filled store). They were not helpful in the slightest and pretty much belittling. If you can, try to avoid this location at all costs.

  You will not find a more professional and caring crew. This has been and will always be our "go to" place when their services are needed. I have witnessed rude folks upset that they needed to pay for shipping items that they assumed was part of that company's return policy. And boy did they take it out on Brent and his crew. Any poor reviews of this story is someone's personal sour grapes and lack of person responsibility to know a company's return policy when ordering on line. This is a 5 star review of the 37th and Harvard UPS store!!! E. Allen

  I would give 0 stars if I could. The UPS Store at 3701 S Harvard Ave A, Tulsa, OK is run by an extremely unprofessional and hostile franchise owner - Brent Hopkins. Despite UPS corporate confirming that he was breaching the contract, he retaliatorily closed my Private Mailbox while I had important mail in transit. He has a superior complex, is condescending, mocks customers, and insults intelligence. I waited four weeks for my mailbox key that I never got, paying for a service I could not access, and when I escalated the issue, he became angry, dismissive, and abusive, making false claims and hanging up on me. This is bad business and unsafe to do business here. There are many reviews warning about his rude and unprofessional behavior. He also owns another location, which should be avoided. I went to the post office and got a mailbox and keys the same day—do not do business here.

  This store is an absolute nightmare. Even though Amazon directs you to return packages there they still refuse to take them. Then someone claiming to be “the owner” verbally assaulted me, threw my package in a bin and refused to return it. Amazon is aware of the issue and still gave me a refund thankfully. This store is consistently a problem do not use them.

  I purposefully left the Utica store for a much friendlier experience. Jalen was patient and friendly. He had a smile and was welcoming. It’s the little things that matter. The other places in Utica made me feel I wasn’t good enough for their location. Thank you Jalen! You made my day!
