I asked what her name was and she said nastily "Linda and make sure you tell them all about your awful experience!" I won't be returning to this UPS store AGAIN.

She went to TWO UPS stores and they are both very competent locations but neither could get the qr code to read so I took off work to go to THIS LOCATION, so a THIRD UPS store and guess what? They couldn't read the code BUT... these people would not let me leave. The guy that was being so helpful had no idea so he did what a responsible person would do, he asked for help. The lady couldn't figure out why it wasn't scanning and he persisted..."IT SAYS UPS STORE". At this point the lady said "maybe we need to open the equipment" and THAT was what no one else could figure out. I was giving up but THEY WEREN'T! They worked as a team and got it handled, something no one else could do! So I, as a customer, take offense to someone saying they are incompetent or rude. Maybe, just maybe, the COSTUMER was the one being short WITH THEM and it was reciprocated!?!? In addition, if I go to a place to get service, I don't care how rude they are IF THEY DO WHAT I'M NEEDING! I'm not inviting them to Thanksgiving, I need a service done and this store went ABOVE AND BEYOND
