  I just had to rebuke some of these reviews that I'm seeing right now. I asked my mom to return some internet equipment from Florida that I had. She went to TWO UPS stores and they are both very competent locations but neither could get the qr code to read so I took off work to go to THIS LOCATION, so a THIRD UPS store and guess what? They couldn't read the code BUT... these people would not let me leave. The guy that was being so helpful had no idea so he did what a responsible person would do, he asked for help. The lady couldn't figure out why it wasn't scanning and he persisted..."IT SAYS UPS STORE". At this point the lady said "maybe we need to open the equipment" and THAT was what no one else could figure out. I was giving up but THEY WEREN'T! They worked as a team and got it handled, something no one else could do! So I, as a customer, take offense to someone saying they are incompetent or rude. Maybe, just maybe, the COSTUMER was the one being short WITH THEM and it was reciprocated!?!? In addition, if I go to a place to get service, I don't care how rude they are IF THEY DO WHAT I'M NEEDING! I'm not inviting them to Thanksgiving, I need a service done and this store went ABOVE AND BEYOND

  Should be able to give zero stars. Older lady extremely rude. Younger man extremely helpful but guarded around the older lady almost like he was afraid to be polite with her around. I WILL NEVER LET MY SHADOW TOUCH THEIR STORE AGAIN.

  Theft! Need I say more? This location is running a theft ring. If you bring anything a value in it will get stolen. They will lie to you, tell you what was scanned in, but refused to provide proof And your package will disappear. The police have been contacted more than once yet it still occurs. This is grand larceny. If it’s the last thing I do on this earth, I will make sure these people are held accountable.

  I stopped by this UPS location to ship a package. After a "Long" wait of two customers being tended and staring at eachothers faces, the "lady" gestured me to the counter and said put your package there. I confirmed on the scale? Which she implied... The package already had a shipping label but needed additional tape. I kindly asked if they could tape the package or if I needed to buy a roll of tape. She rang me up for $1. I then confirmed that covered both sides of the package which "lady" proceded to ring me up for an additional $1. I left very irritated from the Poor Customer service experience. The staff was unwelcoming, unproffesional and rude. I will not visit this UPS location again. Dont bother providing email/number for feedback as thats what this public feedback is for. Im surprised this store is still in business from all the negative reviews as obviously nothing has been done to improve Customer experience. The only star im able to leave here is for me and not for this place and their service.
