When selecting your UPS store location for your Amazon return drop-off, if the app will not give a QR code, but requires a printed label you might consider changing to a different location. Otherwise, the app will require a printed label for your return ($3.00 charge at this location) to attach the printed label to your box, they will charge an additional fee for tape ($1.25). It is nearly $5 after tax to do a FREE Amazon return. The protocols are set by location. I learned this today. Maybe this information help others.

The other female employee found mine and then Linda continued with her negative, disrespectful, rude tone of voice and attitude. I asked what her name was and she said nastily "Linda and make sure you tell them all about your awful experience!" I won't be returning to this UPS store AGAIN.
