Instead they route you to a foreign call center and they are useless. They lie and say they will escalate and have someone call you and they never call. They have cost me time and money to accommodate their delivery dates only to keep canceling. Before you purchase something, find out who the logistics company they use is and run if they say RXO. No idea if I will ever get my appliance delivered.
- TJTavaras JonesDec 14, 20251.0If I had to reach out to this company myself, I would swear they were a scam company. Instead they were hired by Frigidaire/Electrolux. I'm not sure how they choose the company to bring and install your freezer but the only thing I could think of is they must have been 75% cheaper than everyone else. But you get what you pay for. This company was hired to install my new freezer and originally sent personnel twice who said themselves, they don't know how to do it. It's been almost 3 weeks and I still have parts from the freezer in my living room and my freezer not installed at all. The POC that I had literally stop answering their phones, 2 different people. These people don't care at all! To top things off the truck they drove dripped lots of oil in my new driveway and the supervisor attempted to give me $50 to go buy kitty litter and get it up myself. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! Remember you've been warned!!!!!
