  I had a really awful experience with the customer service agent at this location on 1/13 at 1:00. She was angry that she did not know how to send a package to Hong Kong, took it out on me, didn’t really bother trying at all, and handed me back my items and said she can’t do it. I told her I had done it multiple times at that location. She basically said too bad. So I walked away and I called FedEx customer service for help and they had the very simple solution but the young woman was angry already and refused to listen. She told me to take my envelope to another FedEx location and walked away from me towards the back, even with other people in line behind me. I then took the envelope to the 61st and Memorial location, and the very pleasant young man had no problem at all.

  Thank you to Alicia for excellent customer service this morning! I came in just to make a couple copies and ended up shipping some Christmas presents, all in about 10 minutes! While I was waiting for my copies, she informed me that it would take a few minutes and encouraged me to check out the store. I took the opportunity to start measuring boxes. She offered to box up my presents and identify the right sized box for me and quickly rang up my order. What a great customer experience. Highly recommend this location.

  It cost $.21 cents per black and white copy at the self service copier. Now no one is at the counter employee not busy but to have them print of email is $4.95 per copy what kind of crap is this it would take less than 2 minutes and because any card you have just happen not to have enough to use self service. Hope it makes them sooo good not to be of service. Don't think I will ever use FedEx anymore or ever.

  I hardly ever leave reviews but I just really felt I needed to this time. I have been to this location twice recently for shipping needs and was helped by Erica both times. She is so kind and helpful. Her customer service skills are excellent and far above what I usually see at any similar places. Please let her know she is doing a great job.
