  It cost $.21 cents per black and white copy at the self service copier. Now no one is at the counter employee not busy but to have them print of email is $4.95 per copy what kind of crap is this it would take less than 2 minutes and because any card you have just happen not to have enough to use self service. Hope it makes them sooo good not to be of service. Don't think I will ever use FedEx anymore or ever.

  My grandma was given less than 2 weeks to live and is out of town and asked me to send her some pictures of my boyfriend and I. So I mailed her a photo album that I spent several hours on as well as making a glitter card. I mailed it via fed ex and they charged me 16.38 to send it ground. The clerk told me it would ship next day. So I called a few days later and they said that it should be there on Saturday… so I called Monday to see why it wasn’t there and they hung up on me. I called them again the next day and they said they lost it and to file a claim… so I called and filed a claim. They said a rep would call me in 24 hours I never heard from them… so I called again and they said the claim was closed because I didn’t leave enough information when the rep on the phone that filed the claim said they would call me. They lost my package and don’t know where it is and cannot find it. It takes about 30 plus minutes to get an actual person on the phone and then they transfer me to 4 or 5 different people and say they will call and never do. This is the worst shipping experience I have ever had and probably the one I needed to work the most. I will never be using This company again. 😡

  FedEx lost my package, tracking number is not active, it was return of my Zara order. I can’t get my refund! When I called them they even didn’t try to solve this issue, the only thing they told me “We don’t have any information, call back to the shipper”. The worst experience with FedEx!
