    Over the last year or so, I've shipped out packages several times from this location at 71st & Riverside. I've been so pleased with the service I've received! Every person that helped me was kind, friendly & helpful!

    I’ve only given 3 stars because of the 2 kind employees. Unfortunately I have a lost package that I dropped off at this location on 9/2/2025. Mark, the man that helped me, printed my my prepaid label for me. The 2 other employees that have tried to help me with this have been very nice, however, can provide no insight as to what happened to my package. Cameras have been reviewed and it is confirmed my package made it out of the store and onto the delivery truck, yet no tracking is available at all in their systems and no one can give me an answer. I’ve been in contact w/ fedex customer service 3x by phone with no help. I’ve even been in contact w/ their package tracing dept., also, no help. They all just keep saying that the tracking number is not in their system & because of that, they can’t help me. Very disappointed and I will not use fedex in the future.

    I was upset having to use fed ex due to my last experience. I had to drive all the way to the other side of Tulsa. And the service was poor.
