I was sending out a package that had a little extra tape and the box wasn’t “perfect” they said since the box looked a little worn they could not accept it. I tried to show them that the package inside was a hard case specifically designed to not get beat up - or allow any damage to its contents... but because it was a brand new product I wanted to package it inside a cardboard box. Needless to say; even though FedEx delivers worn and beat up packages all the time with holes and beat up, they refused to accept this for shipment.
