Absolutely awful customer service. I absolutely hate when I have to call this place. The automated system is a nightmare.

Use this office for printing 24x36 production tracking charts. So simple to upload to their site and order. Items are ready within a couple hours and prices are affordable. Recommend

My package was delayed for no good reason. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday and I did not get the package until Tuesday. I paid extra for expedited shipping, just for them to scam me and deliver it late without refunding me for that expedited shipping fee. They were scammers here.

This FedEx location was great help in sending our package. I'm only giving one star due to the fact that FedEx's delivery and communication skills are seriously lacking. I've been trying to get a package for a week now and I have signed up for both text and email alerts since we do live out in the country. We have a gate down by the road so the delivery person wouldn't be able to come to the house hence the reason we signed up for several different update alerts so that someone could be down there to receive the package. They say they have tried to make a delivery twice now and neither time have they made an alert to us that they were in the area and trying to make a delivery. Twice now someone has been home that could've recieved the package but instead of communicating the delivery person just left a door tag on the gate and left. Now I have to send someone to Tulsa to go pick up our package since FedEx can't delivery to my house properly. I've called several times now to figure what is going on and to try to see what time the delivery guy would be there so that I could be waiting at the gate. I've been lied to twice about when there would be a delivery. I was told they would send the delivery person back out to my house to make another delivery that same day and that they would be there by 7 so I patiently waited at my gate for 3 hours. When they did not show up I called again. This time I was told the delivery person would not be showing up until the next day when they would try to make a delivery again. I told the lady that no one would be home to receive the package so what are my options. She said I couldn't change the delivery address to my job but she could put a note on the account to not deliver until a certain time. I said that was fine because then I'd be getting home from work and that'd work great. She confirmed with me that the delivery the next day would not be made until after 7pm. The next day came and the delivery person still tried to delivery in the morning. I was talking to a friend about all this since her dad works for FedEx and she told me that drivers aren't allowed to be out on the road after a certain time. So that's twice I got lied to about what time a delivery would be made and twice neither person told me that their delivery guys couldn't be out that late. We will never use FedEx again, UPS has been so much more helpful and good with communication when it comes to making our deliveries.
