Well I understand that this town was first call Loretta and the post office was established on May 7, 1898, but when new of the railroad was coming , the post office in 1901 moved and changed its name to Texhoma being on the state line. This building was build in 1961 and was very clean and well took care of. The people who work at these place do a great job with everything they have to take care of. Keep up the good work.

Worst customer service. Work out of town so we are not there during hours to pick up packages. When we send someone in, they refuse to give them my packages even if we call.

The absolute worst postal service employees there ever was. They put mail in the wrong boxes, hold packages and won't give them to you without causing a problem or arguing with you first, and are absolutely no help when it comes to questions about your mail. Not to mention both employees are so so very rude. You can't even make a simple statement without them jumping down your throat. If I could give no stars I would because that's what this establishment deserves.
