Sometimes we have zero issues but then we have our mail put in wrong slot, left at the post office for no reason or like today, said attempted but needs access code.... not sure what that even means. We live on a well paved well accessible country road. Its not a gated community or anything with a code. Tried to call twice today with no answer.
- KTKai ThomasonMay 30, 20231.0The physical post office is not the problem. The problem is the mail being delivered at rural routes. They don’t want to drive into the neighborhoods, but they don’t want to fix the lockboxes that they leave out at the front of the neighborhoods falling apart and looking like trash. 90% of the time they won’t deliver packages yet they won’t notify you that they have your package or your mail at the post office, until after three weeks of waiting on a package you call them. They return packages as undelivered. I had a PO Box in Norman for the first two years of my residence out here because they can’t be trusted with my mail. Then, when I finally got a lockbox and couldn’t find my key for one week and asked them politely if I could meet the mailman at the box to get my mail until I could have time to find my spare key, they took the liberty upon themselves to choose to hold my mail at the post office without notifying me. So then, when I finally found my key, my mailbox was empty. They think they’re being sneaky or playing some kind of games by keeping my mail. Anyway they have lost my business. I will purposely go to Norman now for all my mailing needs because Im not giving them one penny of my money. They have zero customer service!!!!!! They wouldn’t care about helping anybody. If it was the last thing on the planet they had to do didn’t ask them to continue to give me my mail for a month or anything unrealistic. I asked for my mail ONE time to give me time to looked for my keys. Worst service on the planet. And to think my dad has worked for the post office for 40 years. He would be disgraced. I’d give you zero stars if I could. It’s been absolutely nothing but hassles ever since we moved out here. You would think with the 15 times they’ve returned my packages and I’ve had to spend hours on the phone tracking them down and getting them re-delivered after people paid lots of money to have those packages delivered that they wouldn’t mind letting me get my mail one time as a courtesy!!!!!

Then, I have some expensive Calving Klein things I was supposed to get and I never got them. Thanks. I agree with Kevin Huffman's report. They're not good to work with. They're not very helpful.
