- CCCaitlyn ChojnackiJul 15, 20253.0Everyone is always super nice in person and there's something to be said for that. However, we have had a repeated issue of misdelivered mail. I've received mail in my box for address that are not my own. My mail has been delivered to incorrect addresses (Most recently I called about some missing mail and they told the driver what was missing and the GPS coordinates of the driver at the time it was miss delivered so that the driver could potentially collect the items. Most of the items were collected and delivered but one is still missing). I get that mistakes happen, but things keep happening. I've made complaints. I've spoken to multiple people. I still can't trust that my mail will be delivered to my actual address. I'm about to spend money on a PO box in the hopes that if they don't have to go far it'll actually get where it's supposed to go.
