We all waited in line for 5 minutes before 1 lady finally decided to come help me. The gentleman worked circles around her.

And also every UPS store should have a little seating there for elderly people I've seen them standing in line in pain having to wait when there's no chair at all for them to sit on!!! What about the ADA? Does that not apply here?
