With such a broad delivery time, there was no hope in catching the package without taking the whole day off work again due to their incompetent system! For a multi-billion-dollar company, they sure suck at what they do! Driving recklessly on private property/ deliveries never on said day/ delivering to the wrong address, and that’s just what I’ve experienced in the last couple of weeks! Terrible company, and if given the chance, I will never use them again! UPS never had these issues, and hardly with USPS. It’s FedEx alone who just can’t do the job correctly! I use Stillwater as my example due to their lack of professional assistance and attitudes when confronted with their issues!

So know I have to go up to the facility that’s an hour away to get my package since it’s 4th of July weekend.
