  As I was returning home this afternoon and had to wait a moment or two for the Fedex truck to move before I could enter my driveway. No problem at all about this. I only mention it because the driver obviously knew I was waiting. As you can see from the picture attached, he left a large package right square in front of my garage door. There was no way for me to enter my garage without moving the package, and obviously he was well aware of that fact. This package was extremely heavy, and as a 74 year old woman, it was quite difficult for me to get it out of the way enough for me to get in my garage. Personally, I think this driver was extremely rude to put the package there in the first place, and even more so when he could see who was driving the car that was trying to enter the driveway. It is my opinion that he should not have put it in that position to begin with, and certainly that when he saw who was driving the car, he should have come back and moved it or at the very least offered to do so.

  Only comparing experience with other location in the OKC area. The service was great, the workers friendly and efficient. This location could be more efficient with the self help kiosk that allow customers to data enter, scan and drop mail.

  Went to FedEx today to get a fax for the second time and email sent as will when I got there Natasha waited on me once again she was very helpful and very nice as always will i was probably in there about 20 to 25 min which shouldn't have taken that long but it wasn't Natasha fault she went over to tell the manager John Gerry that she needed help at that time he finished waiting on his customers when he got finish he went toward the back pretending he was doing something and Natasha went back and told him once again she needed help to make that the email was sent properly so he never came out there to help us after two attempts so she told the called modvicare to see if they received fax and email yet now keep in mind john Gerry was still in the back pretending he was busy so I went outside to call who I needed to call to kinda speed things a little he wasn't doing his job and was ignoring me and his worker Natasha finally she came outside to give me the papers and said they were successfully sent and I thanked her and I told her the manager was very rude and outta line for what he done he's never did that to me before and will not be ignored like that again he was very unprofessional and from what I told he does alot of people like this he needs to be reported fired or written up or something u cant treat people like that just because ur the manager he should have known better than that he doesn't need to be working in a public place period if he dont know how to treat people he doesn't need to be there he was very disrespectful and unprofessional so people please watch out for this guy John Gerry is his name so if he does you like that please report him cause he will keep getting away with it if nothing doesn't happen to him im gonna definitely get something done about this he needs to step down as manager or something so now im gonna take this to the next level so people stand up for urself dont be scare to report him we need more people like me

  If you have overnight packages, do NOT ship from this location. I just pre-paid for 10 overnight shipping labels that guarantee next day delivery if dropped off before 5:00PM. Well this locations truck leaves at 4-4:30 apparently, unbothered. So I would highly suggest using a different location that actually has employees who care about customers, instead of people who are just collecting a paycheck every day.
