- MCMonty ConfuseApr 25, 20251.0Subject: Unacceptable Service at Spenser, Oklahoma Post Office I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received at the Spenser, Oklahoma Post Office. Unfortunately, my experiences have been extremely frustrating, and I feel compelled to share them. On multiple occasions, packages have been delivered to the wrong address, or the delivery status simply indicates "No Secure Location Available." When I contact the office in hopes of resolving the issue, I am met with laughter and dismissive behavior. It seems as though my concerns are not taken seriously, and at times, I have even been made to feel as though I am being falsely accused of lying about the situation. This level of service is unacceptable, and I wonder who is overseeing the operations at this location. It is clear that the staff would benefit from additional training to ensure better customer service and more reliable delivery practices. I sincerely hope that action will be taken to address these issues, as it has become an ongoing source of frustration. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely,

- JPJ.R. PattonFeb 16, 20212.0My mail arrives anywhere from 9am (Friday and Saturday mostly) to 5:30pm (Monday thru Thursday). I went to the office and spoke with them about this. They asked for my address and said oh that's so and so he's our late carrier. He always comes in late.... what??? You're just letting it slide?? Yes if anything needs signed for they just drop off a notice in the box. I've seen it myself. He do not come to the door and try to deliver it. Occasionally there is a female who will run the route and she's seems to be awesome! I wish I could have and keep a job where I can basically show up when ever I feel like it. The ladies in the post office are helpful courteous and friendly.
