- CWCharmin WrightNov 14, 20241.0I tried for 2 hrs to get someone to answer to try to get medication that is there and I never got a notice. Had to get the pharmacy tell me where it was at. It says they sent a notice out but it was never delivered and I got other mail on those days. Filed formal complaint with uses. If I could have gotten hold of someone I could say please send it out tomorrow. But could not get an answer. So now I'll be out til Monday. This was blood pressure meds that I had run out of 3 days ago waiting for them in the mail along they were at the post office. Now i will be out til Mon. The results could bebl devastating.
