- SBShawnee BSep 27, 20195.0I do not live in Seiling, but I have done business with the post office there upon several occasions when I would pass through town. The clerks have been outstanding in their care and concern. Recently, there was an issue with an overnight delivery to my son in Houston. I must say I felt like the Seiling post office cared and went above and beyond to address the problems. The issue was on the receiving end, but because my business originated in Seiling, I was treated with great care and received updates as well as a final conclusion and answer to a question. This is what customer service should be anywhere. Thank you Seiling Postal service for making me feel like I mattered!

I went in and asked for a stamped envelope and gave the lady a twenty which was all i had with me. I needed to buy an envelope and put ten dollars in the mail as a payment. The lady told me she would not break a twenty and literally said to me " you dont just have sixty one cents somewhere?". I then informed her that i did not but i would look in my car. After getting the correct amount of change i went back and purchased the envelope. I then asked the lady if she had two tens in exchange for the twenty at which she said to me " i do but would rather not". I have no plans of ever returning to this post office and will gladly go somewhere where people comprehend the meaning of customer service.
