- HMHeileigh McNabb3 days ago1.0My mother-in-law and father-in-law got us a new mattress, the box arrived in TERRIBLE condition and the mattress already was damaged, my mother-in-law went to return it and they told her it would cost a taping fee because they would have to tape it up. She would have to pay to tape up a box USPS damaged!! Won’t except returns in that damage but fine with delivering it like that?!

I was told because I did not raise the red flag on the box at which time I told him NONE of the boxes do as it is against our HOP rules. No matter and as expected he did the same thing again. I complained to the IUSPS Manager who seemed totally disinterested and told me to go online and schedule a pickup! No wonder why everyone I know thinks this Agency is a joke but not a funny one,

Constantly delivers packages to the wrong address or doesn't deliver them at all even though we have left multiple instructions where to leave that packages. It has been months and we've talked to the post master about it multiple times but nothing changes.
