  Sapulpa Post Office is straight trash! They don't even deserve 1 start but unfortunately it's the lowest option available. I have given up on ever receiving ALL my mail or any mail on time! And I have changed my mind on ordering certain items when the only shipping option is USPS and paid extra to avoid it altogether. We have informed delivery and will see multiple items and certain items come through and then when your mail arrives, it is 1 piece of junk mail and the rest never arrives. In September I received a piece of mail that was post marked in June.... I am convinced that our mail carrier steals packages because almost every time a package says "delivered at door/porch" it isn't there. There have been times where a package is left on top of our community mailbox...not sure if the mail carrier left it there or if it was placed in the wrong box and left by the residents that received it. Pretty sure it was pure laziness by the carrier though because it was a big package that needed a separate box and there probably weren't any available so instead of bringing it to our porch, they just left it. Oh and I'm pretty sure that when I have to contact a company like Target or Walmart about a missing item, they are starting to wonder if it is me claiming it wasn't received so I can get a refund! Because honestly how many times is the post office really going to misdeliver packages right?!? So like I said above, I try to avoid ordering anything that says it will be handled or handed off to USPS at all because I actually like to receive my mail and packages...shocking right?!? Unfortunately sometimes a specific item is only available through a company that uses USPS. We had to order an item from Target that frequently uses USPS because it wasn't available for pick up in store, but it was a specific item that was requested as a birthday gift that is part of a matching set. So we didn't have a choice and of course it shows it was delivered today at 9:44am....no further instructions as to where is was delivered so since it wasn't on our porch we drove to check the mailbox and it isn't there either. We checked all our neighbors to see if it was left on their porch and no such luck there. So once again we will have to reach out to Target to get the item resent and hope that it actually arrives the second time. Sapulpa Post Office do better! Or hire people that can! Or shut down altogether! Likely going to just have all our mail redirected to a work address to avoid Sapulpa Post Office altogether, ridiculous!

  My mother-in-law and father-in-law got us a new mattress, the box arrived in TERRIBLE condition and the mattress already was damaged, my mother-in-law went to return it and they told her it would cost a taping fee because they would have to tape it up. She would have to pay to tape up a box USPS damaged!! Won’t except returns in that damage but fine with delivering it like that?!

  My carrier refuses to pick up outgoing mail from my box. The first time this happened I stopped him before he left and asked why no pickup? I was told because I did not raise the red flag on the box at which time I told him NONE of the boxes do as it is against our HOP rules. No matter and as expected he did the same thing again. I complained to the IUSPS Manager who seemed totally disinterested and told me to go online and schedule a pickup! No wonder why everyone I know thinks this Agency is a joke but not a funny one,

  I have mixed feelings... This post office has such a high turnover which is the main issue. My mail is delivered to the wrong address on a consistent basis. Good news is that it's forced me to meet a neighbor I would have probably never met otherwise. Bad news is that it just creates more stress and work for me. I have no complaints about the customer service aspect of reporting my mail or packages missing. Anytime I have filed a claim online, the guy who is incharge at this particular facility has always called me to address the issue and usually gets it resolved within 48-72 hours. He was kind, efficient, and sincerely tried to fix the issue. I give him 10 stars. As far as my mail carrier(s) - God help them. I don't know if they just don't have enough training, or if they don't know how to read address's. But I literally have missing mail every single week. It's so aggravating. There's my 2 cents.
