- WLWill LenseDec 4, 20251.0I just experienced one of those most ignorant things regarding customer service, I think I ever have at the Sapulpa location. My small box needed a PIECE of tape so my options were to buy a roll of tape or bag to put the whole box into. This was stupid that I could not use a piece of the tape sitting on the counter. Either way I had to comply in order to send out my return. So I guess the strategy works. Maybe it’s because I’m older but this was stupid on every level.
