They lose mail and mark packages as delivered and then you never get them or they arrive weeks later. By far the absolute worst postal service I've had. I cannot tell you how much of my mail has been lost or not delivered in the last 4 years I've lived in sandsprings. But I can say its been enough im debating moving from sandsprings. Please fire your drivers and hire new ones. All of sandsprings will thank you.
- HCH CJun 11, 20251.0Nothing but issues. Every envelope I drop off here fails to get delivered. This is the 3rd time in 3 months an end receiver tells me they never received the mail I dropped off. When receiving items in the past like stuff ordered online, they failed to deliver at our shop when I was inside, doors unlocked all day. Then couldn't find my package in the back.
- KWKyle WatkinsNov 14, 20202.0During the week if your package gets there after 10am might as well wait till the next day because they wont even bother looking for it and on Saturdays even though it says clearly on their door can pick up between 8am and 11am just ring the bell they wont answer the door. Could clearly hear people back in the back and they just ignore the bell. Changing post offices as soon as our agreement is up.
