The post master is very sweet and helpful. The carriers are also kind and always make sure to deliver my packages with care.

Very rued, not helpful at all, and have received several damaged and opened packages sent from different people. I do not trust them with mail or much else for that matter.

Ordered a package with the correct address. They kept it for 4 business days, over the holiday season. And sent it back. USPS policy is to keep the package 15 days. But over Christmas weekend, they opted to send the package back rather than wait a couple more days for it to be picked up. 4 business days, and then it was gone. It was a package that was needed for my wedding, and now I’m out of luck, as a $30 overnight fee can’t even get the reorder there in time.

Terrible! It's always a struggle to get any of my mail and packages. Recently had Christmas presents "send back to sender - no such number", uh, my address exists so idk why they sent back my package. They didn't even add it to my informed delivery so I didn't know it was sent back until 2 days later when I was wondering where my package was and looked online for it.
