I sell on ebay and every time I take packages here the postmaster lady if it's her will come up with some new rule for an excuse to turn down my packages but still takes them after I ask her to please show me this rule that I must have missed when I have read the rules and get emails of new changes from them and ebay. I never have had such difficult or undesirable experiences with any other post office. I literally get anxious about going there and will drive to next town 10+ minutes away to drop off 1 package. This has only been my experience with the one lady who I believe is Salinas' location postmaster; Well the delivery person used to never bring my big packages saying sorry we missed you on a ticket in my mailbox until I started telling them that I'm home everyday during her delivery window and being outside to wave at her when she stopped at our mailbox. So I'd say for the wages both of these individuals make, they sure don't seem to enjoy or care to please customers.

They sent my brother's mail back without permission. They tried to say it was federal law after someone passes. Not true. The would have to have a Lawyer or executor of the estate give them written permission. That did not happen. If we hadn't called the utility companies about not receiving his bills and getting the amounts that was due, his utilities at the house would have been cut off.
