- JAJason ArmstrongJan 11, 20255.0Roff OK Post Office visit #303 was named for Joseph T. Roff, a rancher who moved from Texas to the Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory, in 1871. Roff began leasing his land to whites in 1885. A post office, designated Roff, opened in June 1890. Joseph Roff served as postmaster. Sound like this guy just made his own little town. He was also the first mayor of the town. However nowadays the office look in good shape and clean. The people here do a great job keep up the good work.

Luckily some of the people get in contact with me and let me know they have my mail or packages or bring it to my home. I have addressed this issue with the local post office and they have even admitted to me that they have put in in the ring box. I’m still trying to locate a package that was delivered to the post office on March 10th. I have given the post office my tracking number and they admitted to me that they allowed someone to pick it up at the window. First off this package has my name on it and pretty much everyone knows me including the workers in the Roff post office. Second it is addressed to me so if someone someone comes up to the window and hands them a yellow slip that was placed in the wrong box I feel the workers should look at the package before it goes out and then they can plainly see that it is not there name or address and then they can stop it from going out. I’ve addressed this but I’m told don’t worry about it, this is a small town and it will show up. NO!! I am worried about it because it’s the post offices fault and I’ve paid for the product and sometimes the extra cost to have it delivered in a timely manner. Don’t worry about it doesn’t help my business or my customers. The people that work there are good people but they need to understand that it’s business and my personal mail should be as important to them as it is to me. If I do not receive this package then I expect Roff ok post office to start paying me for the product and for there mistake. It’s not the company’s fault who I order the product from because they are delivering It as scheduled. It’s the Roff post office distributing the mail to the wrong people. As a small business you can’t afford to not worry about it.
