- EJEileen JacquelineOct 27, 20251.0I had to request supervisor help due to the clerks not wanting to help us. We had appointment for new passport and before hand I will like to say that we did not have the form filled however the guy working there said they couldn't do it because the ID was out of state (clearly this is federal so it can be done at any state even if is not your state of residence) then said the naturalization certificate was not proof of ID (when it clearly is) the supervisor took her time to verify what I was stating was true and said they will do it but we were not 15 minutes earlier and hadn't the application filled out and that if there was any mistake will lose the money. So we ended up leaving because clearly they had not intention to do it from the beginning. I thought people with that attitude that don't want to do their job do not deserve to have one.

Turns out USPS doesn’t abide by postal code maps, but instead their own territorial maps. I wanted to escalate the situation, but was only given a number to call to talk to a robot. We are now forced to have the county accessor change our address to a different city just to have mail delivered to our home from a neighboring USPS location. I would say the level of customer service at this location was worse than the typical government agency. Maybe it’s a good thing we had to switch offices. REAL score: 0/5
