- ARAmanda ReddickFeb 11, 20261.0The package i sent arrived at its destination battered and re-taped. Half of the contents were missing. Can't get any help with it so the way I see it is they stole from me. The woman at the counter is consistently rude every time I go in there. I will not be using USPS to send packages anymore. I'll take my business to UPS at this point.
- BBBrianahJun 3, 20251.0It would be really helpful to actually pick up the phone that is directly linked to your post office. Some of us work 8-5 mon-fri and do not have the option to go in person. I had a package not delivered yesterday and is already scheduled to be returned to sender (which is China) And cannot get ahold of anyone. Might as well not even have the phone number on your site if no one tends to it, I understand people are busy but i’ve called three times and there’s not even an option to leave a voicemail. That’s convenience.

- LBLinda BrownfieldAug 19, 20221.0Horrible I live on a dead end street and my neighbor has not received her bills at all this month or a letter that was mailed to her over a week ago coming from stillwater And everybody gets everybody's mail but their own. It's like the multiple mail carriers we have for this route don't care. It's ridiculous. Get better perkins post office and mail carriers we would like our mail and put in the right box!!
