Since moving into our house we have had nothing but issues getting packages. They refuse to deliver packages to our house due to neighbors dogs, even though the post master told me a couple weeks ago it wouldn’t cause an issue with our packages. Last time I called he was very rude and hung up on me. We don’t have any issues with UPS or FedEx delivering to our house, regardless of neighbors dogs. This is getting ridiculous and upsetting. Tried picking up a package today that was sent to us from my grandparents because again, they refused to deliver to our house and now they can’t find the package. I have never had such an issue with a company in my life.

We sure miss the clerk that worked there that retired! The dark haired heavy set lady that works the front window now is rude 90% of the time. She really doesn’t need to work with the public. The mail carriers are nice though.

I got a PO Box here because I was going to be working in Paul's Valley. I ended up switching positions so I no longer needed the PO Box. I tried to shut it down and have them forward my mail. She said she did it. 3 weeks later, I haven't seen any of my mail. My sister, who works at the post office in another city in OK tells me she checked their system and there is no mail forwarding submitted for me. I call Paul's Valley post office. The same woman who said she supposedly submitted my mail forwarding 3 weeks ago answers and tells me oh she just submitted the forwarding form a few days ago. It's been 3 weeks?? But I say okay that's fine as long as I eventually get my mail. ANOTHER 3 weeks goes by. My sister checks again. STILL no mail forwarding submitted for me. I call AGAIN. The same woman answers. Immediately starts giving me a horrible attitude. Says she doesn't know what to tell me because she closed my PO Box and submitted my mail forwarding a few days ago. At this point, it's been SIX weeks since I first turned in the form and she said she submitted it the first time so why she's now saying she submitted it a few days ago is beyond me. SIX weeks at this point. I try to explain that she said that last time I called and that there's no mail forwarding for me in their system. She hangs up on me. Now WHY this woman was hellbent on keeping my mail in also beyond me. It's not like she can do anything with it and even if she did, that's very illegal and would be very easily traced back to her and she would get jail time. Mail is protected. And stealing my identity is useless. I have student debt and low credit so I'm not too worried about that. Maybe she thought the opposite because I told her what my job was? I can't think of a single other reason this woman would be SO stubborn about not shutting down my PO Box or forwarding my mail. Whatever the reason was, it was WEIRD. Weirdo behavior, REGARDLESS. All this is to say. If you have any other option than to get any sort of service done here, I would go to that other option. I lost a TON of mail here because this woman KEPT IT. They were never able to locate my mail after I finally fixed the mess she created. She either kept or did something with my mail. So be careful at this Post Office. Especially with the woman. Wish I had her name. But I don't live in OK so I was never able to go back and check. Just be careful here.

The people here are extremely rude and I can not believe the post office would allow these people to work here.
