  I have lived in Owasso 20 years and do not have a mailbox at my house so I pay for a PO box. For the past year and a half any package I order may or may not be get delivered. Package arrives and with 2 hours they have processed a return to sender. Not knowing how vendors will ship packages I usually put both my physical address and my PO Box on the address. Recently I was told by the manager that my returned package was my fault due to insufficient address. I have also mailed gift cards across town to friends that never receive them. I was also told that was my fault. I do as little as possible through the mail system.

  Mail not delivered. Didn't try to deliver and I had to come out to the post office to make sure it got delivered the next day because they said it was on a truck and I couldn't pick it up. Worked a 12hr shift and stayed up 6 hrs after just to get my package. They say attempted delivery but no one in the house or any of the dogs were alerted. Why I cant stand when online providers dont say specifically which carrier is shipping their products. This is also for the 4 phone surveys yall kept asking me for why I begged to speak someone about where my package was too wasting even more of my time. Luckily for you guys I cant put lower than 1 star.

  Typically when I go into the post office and wait in line to speak with someone, the clerks are professional enough to take care of the business. They do not have nice customer service. The last time I went in and had a complaint about reporting missing mail the clerk could not help me and said that she didn't know anything about that. She gave me a number to call, but I could not get through to speak to anyone over the matter. I guess that's one way for them to avoid complaints.

  Today I needed the help of the Owasso post office regarding a package sent to me. The woman I spoke with at the post office was very helpful and said she would look into the location of my package. Within a few hours, the package was delivered to me. In addition, the woman I spoke with called me back to ensure I received the package. I was very impressed with the service I received today. Thank you.
