- VGVikki GlascoDec 24, 20253.0Typically when I go into the post office and wait in line to speak with someone, the clerks are professional enough to take care of the business. They do not have nice customer service. The last time I went in and had a complaint about reporting missing mail the clerk could not help me and said that she didn't know anything about that. She gave me a number to call, but I could not get through to speak to anyone over the matter. I guess that's one way for them to avoid complaints.

The woman I spoke with at the post office was very helpful and said she would look into the location of my package. Within a few hours, the package was delivered to me.
