This location has been very helpful. My package was delivered to an old address and they helped me locate it, and held it for me to pick up. Calling and talking to a real person, who’s was friendly, was so nice! Thanks Ashley!

“missing” package. Can’t get ahold of anyone. Have been trying for 2 WEEKs. Even filed a missing mail paper. What are you guys doing all day lol? This should be illegal.

The females at this location are nasty, condescending, and most of all incompetent. The good thing is, they don’t discriminate. They’re horribly hateful to all customers. This is the worst location in the entire Tulsa county surrounding area. They go thru supervisors like water. All of them are unqualified. Their carriers misplace (wink wink) pkgs/mail on the regular. Never to be found again. The USPS at the highest levels will NEVER follow up or follow through on a missing or stolen (by carriers) package or mail piece. I find it criminal that they don’t care if they employ thieves or awful people. The USPS doesn’t fire these terrible humans even with cause! Smh!
