    No one was in the store when I entered. I asked the employee (who was doing nothing) if they offer laminating services and he said yes. He pointed to the laminator and I asked him how it worked. Without a word, he proceeded to laminate the two items for me. When I went to pay, I saw that he charged me a $2.50 FedEx surcharge for helping me. If he would have told me that it cost $2.50 extra to help me, I would have figured it out myself or gone to the UPS Store instead where they have no problem helping a customer without a ridiculous surcharge for basic customer service.

    Kathy was super helpful with me today. Questions I had she answered and was so polite and kind when I would go to ups with the same question they made me feel stupid. I really appreciated her kindness today.

    Staff is always so good. Thanks Kathy, Kristin, Haley, and Sidney. Always making sure I’m taken care of. Only place I’ll go for my print and shipping needs.

    Poor customer service. Poor execution of product. Overall had to discard final product and have reprinted at privately owned print shop. What a total waste of time, energy and a considerable amount of money. I would stay away from this location and FedEx as a whole as their resolution of problems ultimately ends with "we take no responsibility for the mistakes made on this transaction". Terrible!
