I asked a simple question on certified mail and she looked at me and rolled her eyes and said READ THE DIRECTIONS. If I wanted to read the directions I would have but I don’t have time I’m already in front of you everything was filled out just wanted to know where to put the label. Then I bought stamps and she is yelling at me that my check is wrong when she was not adding the correct amounts in the system so I re did my math and asked her is it not this amount for this many and she puts her hands on her lips telling me shh cause she is trying to count. PLEASE TRAIN HER ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. if you are having a bad day don’t take it out on the customers
