- CHCaitlin HashApr 1, 20262.0I agree with the other reviews regarding poor attitude of staff. The older gentleman clerk #08 according to receipt, was the one that assisted me. It began with a loud "can I help you?!" With no eye contact. Fine, not totally abnormal for post office. When I approached the counter there was no eye contact, greeting or acknowledgement of what i needed. It made me feel anxious as if i was bothering him. Standing in front of The touch pad, i noticed it displayed a survey and before I could read it(i was looking at it, paying attention because i like to choose my receipt type) he gave himself a satisfactory rating which seemed odd because that is a customer survey. He also did not ask if I wanted my receipt emailed or printed, he selected that for me also. When he handed me my return receipt, I told him to have a nice day and he ignored me. 🙁
