It's unfortunate that I have to leave the review ,but I think it's important hopefully. The black lady with the long wig is rude and unprofessional. She spoke to me with attitude and hand gestures as if I was an inconvenience. I didn't have all the information I needed be the delivery carrie gave me limited information, but she clearly act like she was so in distress. It takes little to no effort to be profound and it's part of the job that she's getting paid for. Please, so better.

DO NOT use this location. They've lost 4 of my rent checks in the last 6 months and the employees are incompetent.

Today I went to drop off a Depop order that gives me a scannable shipping label so today I went to the USPS that was closer to my house for the first time instead of one farther and it was horrible never would I have thought I’d get horrible customer service for just a simple drop off. I had first started off with putting my box down on the counter and the man said “oh your box is tapeless” like yes, sir I know my box is tapeless. So then I had proceeded to explain to the man that I had previously went to another USPS and they had lend me their tape roller and that if I could use theirs and if that was okay, then he proceeds to tell me that they don’t carry tape at all, which is such a wild statement because as he said that I’m literally staring at a roll of tape that was literally right behind him. Then he proceeded to ask me what type of shipping label I had and I showed him the 2 that I had because the depop gives me 2 and then he says that he’s unable to print out the logo as well as scan the logo so what is the point of him even being there if he can’t even scan a label or print out a label or even give out tape or even give out customer good service. This would’ve all not have been problem if he could’ve simply said they maybe had some tape for sale or something instead of just straight up lying I wouldn’t have had a problem with buying the tape myself and taping up the box myself if he found that such a hassle also as well as lying about not being able to scan my very scannable shipping label did he also expect me to ship out the box myself from my house? To me personally the man just didn’t want to do his job by his smug face he had on the entire time.

I had a such a great experience at this location! It was my first time mailing a package through USPS, and I initially came with my item packaged in the wrong packaging for the postage I had paid. Sharice was super helpful in pointing me toward the packaging I needed, and was very kind even though I obviously had no clue what I was doing.
